Cellular fucntional water

白开水煮沸的水是死水。虽然自来水煮沸后可去除游离氯，它同时破坏氧气和水的营养矿物质。煮沸的水味道平，可能会带点酸。

蒸馏水蒸馏水是通过煮沸，蒸汽化，冷却的蒸馏方式制造而成。蒸馏方式可以去除水中一切杂质和有害的化学物品，但也会除去对人体健康有帮助的天然矿物质和其他物质，如钙，镁，钠，钾等。而大多数自然界的水都是包含天然的矿物质的。由于天然的水经过蒸馏方式后被夺取一切物质，这将导致它处于不平衡状态而急需自我调整。因而，它会和附近的物质产生反应，譬如：空气中的二氧化碳结合（二氧化碳是酸性的），和塑胶瓶的材料（聚氯乙烯，聚酯等）结合，这些物质在饮用后会被身体吸收。基于如此，蒸馏水是属于酸性的，口味也平淡，对维持身体的健康没什么贡献。
